Studio Chelsea does not accept returns at this time.
Damages or issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at hello@studiochelsea.ca.
Return to sender
If your parcel is returned to sender or needs to be re-shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
We are unable to cancel orders once they are processed/shipped.

EUROPEAN UNION (EU) ORDERS: Return and Refund Policy
At Studio Chelsea, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer the following return and refund options in compliance with European Union consumer protection laws.
Right to Cancel and Return
1. Cooling-Off Period
- You have the right to cancel your purchase and return any item within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without providing a reason.
- To exercise this right, please contact us via email at hello@studiochelsea.ca to notify us of your decision to return your item(s).
2. Conditions for Return
- The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., custom illustrations or bespoke artwork) are excluded from the right to cancel unless they are defective or damaged.
How to Return Items
1. Return Process
- Contact us at hello@studiochelsea.ca to initiate a return.
- Include your name, order number, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Proof of Shipment
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s). Retain the proof of shipment for your records.
Refunds
1. Processing Time
- Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
2. Refund Deductions
- If the returned item(s) show signs of use or damage, a deduction may be made from your refund to account for the diminished value.
3. Shipping Costs
- If you cancel your purchase within the cooling-off period, the original shipping cost (if applicable) will also be refunded, except for additional costs incurred due to choosing a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive option.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@studiochelsea.ca with your order details and photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
